Employability Bootcamp

Madeley Academy has been building links with Dodd Group, an electrical and mechanical service company, based on Stafford Park in Telford in order to help students understand more about the world of work.  10 students attended an employability skills Bootcamp on 22^nd November run by Mary-Anne-Clayton the firm’s Human Resources Manager who gave students some top tips on their CVs and preparing for interview.

“The Employability Bootcamp did a lot for me, I was able to make my CV more presentable, add more to it and make it stand out from the rest.

I would recommend the Employability Bootcamp to any, struggling or not, it just gives you that boost that you need to start in the working world.”
