Our Early Help offer can include local signposting to relevant external provisions, who may be able to help and guide you through the difficulties and challenges often faced by families with school aged children.
Our offer will often begin with an Early Help Assessment (EHA) to identify your specific needs. This can include issues affecting education, relationships, housing, finances, behaviour etc. The purpose of an EHA is to help us work together, identifying the right support for you from an early point. We can work together on concerns which have the potential to become more significant or complex if they are not addressed.
Early Help is a voluntary process, which may also extend to a multi-agency approach through school. As part of our offer, we may suggest and manage referrals to:
