Admission Form - Please complete this form for all new Students Madeley Academy collects all new Student data electronically. Please complete this form for each Student joining us. https://www.madeleyacademy.com/admissionForms should be completed by 16th June in order to give Students the best start to their time at Madeley Academy. Year 6 Induction Days - Monday 7th and Tuesday 8th July 2025 This is where your child will have an opportunity to get to know staff and sample lessons. Students should wear primary school uniform and bring a pen/pencil and PE kit along with them. The days will begin at 8.45am and conclude at 2.45pm. Students will be organised into class groups for both days on arrival. If your child is entitled to Free School Meals a meal will be provided. If not he/she may bring a packed lunch or money to purchase a meal from the Academy restaurant. Hot and cold food with a vegetarian option will be available. Please also remember that you are not allowed to pick-up or drop-off on site for Health & Safety reasons.We look forward to welcoming your child to Madeley Academy and strive to make sure that the transition process is as smooth as possible.My Child at School (MCAS) Parent App You will receive an email to register for the MCAS Parent App. This is where you will register important information regarding your child(ren) before they join us. This is also where you will be able to check and update important information once they start with us such as student details, view attendance, behaviour, student timetable, reports and receive communication from us via push notifications.
