Highest Ever Examination Performance at Madeley Academy

Madeley Academy is celebrating its highest ever examination performance with 61% of students gaining an impressive 5 A*-C grades including English and Mathematics. This is a 9% improvement from last year’s results.

Headteacher, Lady Maria Satchwell said: "We  have  a  dedicated  team of teachers and support staff who have worked tirelessly to ensure that every student achieves their personal best to help them succeed in life. We were equally as pleased with our strong Sixth Form results. For the third year running every student wanting a University place has been successful."

Madeley Academy is sponsored by Thomas Telford School and the Edge Foundation.  The Chairman, Mr Roy Harrison OBE said: “The Governors are absolutely delighted with the outstanding results.  The students and staff have worked incredibly hard to achieve these results and deserve to feel proud of their achievements.”
