International Ski Federation World Championships

In March this year, Kirran Girling (6th Form) competed in the International Ski federation World championships, regarded as the Ski Olympics. It was held in Serra Nevada, Spain. Kirran competed in both Slalom and the GS event, achieving a position within the top 20. The team came an overall 6th place out of many Alpine countries. A fantastic achievement and a wonderful experience representing his country and carrying the England Flag through street parades, and the opening and closing ceremonies.
