Students Take To The Stage

On Wednesday 19^th June Madeley Academy hosted their first Performing Arts Night for a number of years.

The event was a huge success with students showcasing a range of acts including our Year 12 performing arts students’ assessment pieces, piano, drum & trumpet solos, bands, group dramas and solo singers.

The students performed exceptionally well and the crowd loved the show. 

A huge well done to all of the students that took part, particularly as this was the first time many of them have ever performed on a professional stage.

A big thank you to Mrs Chambers, Mrs Eastment and Mr Deakin, along with our peripatetic music tutors and drama club teachers for their hard work.

Also a huge thank you to Mr Chantry and our technical support students for their support with this event.
