Gold Medal for Madeley Academy

Madeley Academy were delighted to receive a gold medal in the heart of England in bloom 2013 competition organised by the RHS. Gold is only given to exceptional achievers who have demonstrated a consistently high standard in all areas of the judging criteria and objectives of Britain in Bloom. The judges commented on the "Impressive and well-kept grounds leading from the main entrance to the Academy buildings with sustainable planting" and “The enthusiasm, knowledge and pride shown by the students who conducted the tour of the Academy grounds”. Well done to all the students, Craig Cameron and Craig Foskett who put in all the hard work prior to the judges visit.
