Focused On Success
Madeley Academy has enjoyed its best ever GCSE results this academic year with a hugely impressive 67% of all students achieving 5 GCSE grades at A*-C including English and Mathematics. Sixth Form results were equally outstanding, and again our best ever. These outcomes reflect determination, commitment and hours of hard work on behalf of the students and staff.
The Academy maintained its amazing record on destinations, with 100% of our students gaining their first choice of University.
We continue to be vastly oversubscribed and a very popular choice of school for both parents and students in Telford. As a child centred Academy, we focus on children being happy, confident and independent learners. Right from Year 7, students are encouraged to consider their future and they have access to a dedicated Careers department. Our students are regularly rewarded for their hard work, smart appearance and excellent manners.
We are different and believe 2017 will be another very special year for all involved.
