Stratford Upon Avon Trip

Tue, 08 Apr 2014

Year 7 students enjoyed a glimpse into Shakespeare’s life this week when they visited Stratford Upon Avon. In lessons, students have been learning all about Shakespeare’s life and what life was like in the Elizabethan period and so this was a brilliant opportunity for them to see some of the aspects of his life first hand.

Whilst there, students visited Shakespeare’s Birthplace, Nash’s house (Shakespeare’s last home) and Hall’s Croft (the home of Shakespeare’s oldest daughter). Students also enjoyed the sites of the historic town of Stratford Upon Avon and completed some activities to appreciate the Tudor buildings.
