Following discussions with your subject tutor, if you wish to make a Course Change Request, please complete this form: Course Change Request. The deadline for this submission is October 9th.
Leave of Absence Form (please be advised the Academy does not authorise holidays in term time)
If you are attending a University Open Day, please complete this form Open Day Absence Form.
Use the Sign Off Sheet at the end of year 13 if you have completed all mandated tasks and are ready to end the school year.
A Parking Pass Application is required if you would like to bring your car into school.

The School Day & Working Week
The Sixth Form is open for you to access from 8:00 until 4:00. Breakfast clubs or Sessions 3s can extend those hours.
The school day begins at 8:30 with afternoon lessons at 11:30. You should be on site 10 minutes before for a prompt start.
The school day ends at 3:10 with Session 3 activities following til 4:00.
You are not required to attend school during your private study sessions. Students are not permitted off-site during the day except from those with home study lessons on their timetable.
In the Sixth Form we expect a minimum of 97% attendance in order to support a successful outcome in your studies and for future references to apprenticeships, work or further study.
Classes are three hours and you will have two classes for each of your subjects every week. You will have some private study timetabled.

The structure will vary depending on subjects taken. You will not necessarily attend Session 3 every day.
