Madeley Academy
House Programme
This year we will be relaunching our House Programme, this programme will build a strong sense of community, belonging and healthy competition across the school. Every student from Year 7-13 is a member of one of our four houses: Ironbridge, Severn, Wenlock or Wrekin, each named after a landmark that celebrates our local heritage.
Students earn house points in a variety of ways, including outstanding achievement across the curriculum, success in inter-house sporting tournaments, and by going above and beyond in their everyday school life through demonstrating our school values of ‘Respectful, Resilient, Responsible’ as well as being a motivated, creative and hardworking Madeley Academy student.
Throughout the year, house points contribute to the overall House Winner, celebrating teamwork, effort and achievement across all aspects of school life.
