Water Stations are available and accessible to Students during break and lunch times in the Restaurant and VTC Cafe. Students are required to bring their own refillable water bottle to use these.

Biometric Catering System
Madeley Academy operate a Biometric Cashless Catering System by CIVICA.
Checking Out
All Staff & Students will be required to identify themselves at the tills either via Biometric finger scan or by entering their PIN.
Free School Meals (FSM)
FSM Students are automatically allocated £3.20 per day to spend during lunch service
Adding Credit
Money can be added to your Child’s account via ParentPay using the blue ‘Pay for Meals’ button.
Tracking Purchases
All purchases can be tracked via ParentPay
Allergy Information
Student allergies sync from our MIS to our till system and will prevent Students purchasing food containing something they are allergic to. Allergy information is available from the allergy menu folders in the restaurant. If unsure, please speak to a member of the team.
