Post 16 Options
Following GCSEs young people must remain in education or employment with training until the age of 18.
During Year 11 students will have a one to one meeting with a qualified Careers Adviser. A careers information report will be written and emailed to both student and parent/carer. Further meetings and information are always available on request. Parents are welcome to request a careers meeting, also.
Careers staff are always available to support applications to Sixth Forms, college, apprenticeships etc.
In the March of Year 11 we run the Careers Discovery Sessions as well as the Careers Fair where students can meet education and training providers as well as local employers and apprenticeship providers.
