At Madeley Academy, we are committed to ensuring that every student, regardless of their background or circumstances, has the opportunity to achieve their full potential. The Pupil Premium is additional funding provided by the government to support students who may face barriers to learning, including those eligible for free school meals, those who have been in care, or those from service families.
We use this funding carefully and strategically to address individual needs, raise attainment, and enhance the overall educational experience of eligible students. Our approach focuses on high-quality teaching, targeted academic support, and wider opportunities that promote confidence, resilience, and wellbeing.
Through a combination of evidence-based interventions and personalised support, we aim to close attainment gaps, improve outcomes, and ensure that all students at Madeley Academy are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and ambition to succeed both in school and beyond.
