“The Pitch” event

10 year ten business students represented Madeley Academy at “The Pitch” event hosted by Wolverhampton University. The event was held over 2 days and the students completed three workshops on: Leadership and teambuilding skills, Marketing, creative thinking, and idea generation. They then worked with a business mentor to make a creative solution to a real life business problem. The students performed stunning well and were a credit to the school. Three businesses invited the students to visit their factory, which reflects how professionally they performed.
